The IPSCON2025 welcomes the submission for symposia proposals. The goal of the symposia is to provide a forum for focused discussions on new and emerging topics or innovative applications of established pharmacological approaches.
A symposium may revolve around a specific theme of conference, emerging areas of clinical pharmacology/ basic/ cellular and molecular pharmacology, drug discovery, pharmacovigilance, AI, innovation, startups and diverse experimental tools and techniques etc.
Please note that proposals that are of interest for a larger young pharmacologists’ audience would be given preference. We urge all symposia proposers to be aware of the need for diversity and inclusivity while selecting the speakers for their symposia. This will be an important criterion in selecting the proposals.
The deadline for submission of the proposals for symposia is 31st August, 2025.
Proposals must be submitted using IPSCON 2025 template.

Applicants will be informed about the acceptance or rejection by 30th September 2025.
The duration of each symposium is 60-70 min. Each symposium should consist of 1 keynote presentation and 2 presentations selected from the submitted abstracts. The allocated presentation time, including Q&A, is 20-22 min for each speaker. These durations may be subjected to slight adaptations to fit the final program.
The symposia are led by a chair and a co-chair, both must be registered participants to avoid no-show onsite and be attending in person. The proposals that have not been selected for a proposed symposium would have the opportunity to be considered for the regular scientific program.
Upon selection of a symposium proposal, the proposers would be required to ensure that the speakers submit their abstracts and register on time.
The organizers of IPSCON2025 will not be able to bear the financial responsibilities for the registration, travel or local accommodation of the symposia organizers and speakers. The venue and the standard audio-visual requirements for the symposia will be provided by the conference. If the speakers have any special requirements, the symposia organizers may inform the local organizers at least a month in advance of the meeting, and they will try to arrange for the same. However, this cannot be guaranteed at the moment.
