Abstracts for oral / poster and prize presentation should be submitted online on our website www.ipscon2025.com by 15th Oct, 2025. The abstract should be in 250 words without any image and graph.
At least one of the authors should be registered for the conference. The papers received without registration fee will not be included in the conference scientific programme.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The detailed guidelines of Poster Presentation are as follows:
Selected posters will be assigned a specific number. The organizing committee will provide details on the date, time, and venue.
Maximum poster size: 36 inches (Width) x 48 inches (Height).

Text on Poster
- Each poster must include a unique abstract track ID.
- Names and affiliations of all authors (Presenting author must be underlined).
- Structured format: Introduction, Aim & Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, and Acknowledgement.
- Poster must be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters.
- Abstract should be placed on the designated poster board 15 minutes before the time slot.
- Use high-resolution images.
Material of Your Poster
Acceptable materials: Paper, Canvas, or Flex.
Graphs and Diagrams
Graphs and figures should be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters.
Poster Session
- Date and time will be communicated.
- All authors must be present at their poster during the session.
- Presenters must wear an official conference badge.
Oral Paper Presentation Guidelines
Standard Allocated Time
- 8 minutes for the presentation.
- 2 minutes for Q&A.
